Toricon, which specializes in the manufacture and sale of through-hole LED lamps, had only die bonding and wire bonding equipment dedicated to vertical lead frames, so until now it has only been able to manufacture products in which an LED chip is mounted on the tip of a vertical lead frame and light emits from the tip.

However, with the cooperation of a company that manufactures LED products using horizontal lead frames, we are now able to offer a lineup of LED lamps that can emit light from the side of the lead frame.
