Toricon are able to provide through-hole LED lamps (UV, Colors, IR & Low-Beam). You can choose sizes, colors, brightness, and so on. You can see Products page what we offer.

When only small quantities are required, such as for prototypes, through-hole LEDs have the advantage that they do not require special equipment and can be manually mounted by soldering. In addition, the optical characteristics can be changed by changing the resin lens attached to the product, making it suitable for a variety of situations.

One lots can be configured with any quantity from a minimum of 1000 pieces to a maximum of 9600 pieces.(Depending on the order details, we may accept orders for less than 1000 pieces.)

Orders for more than 9600 pieces are divided into multiple lots for production.

We work on Configure-To-Order (CTO) and do not stock products. However, we will make effort to provide our products to you as quickly as possible.

HanzaLEDs model number indicates Brightness, Luminous color, Chip type No. (For internal use) – Lens diameter, Lens color, Lens shape (For internal use) – Lead wire processing, Lead frame type No. (For internal use)

e.g. NRH1D-5AJ6-F3 means Standard brightness, Red luminous color – 5mm lens, Transparent, Round shape – done of solder dip & 0.6mm tie-bar cut

Although our products have not undergone official dustproof and waterproof testing, they are sufficiently resistant to the intrusion of running water and dust.

Yes, it is possible. We have worked with National Institute of Technology, Matsue College in the past to develop products and have developed “銀王国 まぶらとう (Gin-Okoku Maburatou)”.
